ASC Autonomy, our dealer in the south of the UK held a demo with reversible ploughing at the Tillage Live UK event, last week. The tracked 156hp AgBot 5.115T2 was coupled to a Kverneland LO85 Onland 5 furrow plough.
The system was working at a depth of 30cm with a total working width of 2 meters.
Will Mumford said ‘With such a large working footprint of the Zuidberg tracks and the wide track width the AgBot is ideal for ploughing in the 5-7 kph range.
I look forward trying it in different soil types and pushing the width out to 2.4 meters, when it’s available.’
