Regardless of the busy season, we were still able to show our AgBots on farmers’ fields and capture some Live from the Fields moments. Two French farmers found the time to host a demo of our AgBots at their farms. A tine-, disc- and deep cultivator were used on fields in Connantre and Poivres. In the UK, sandy land was prepared for carrots by the AgBot using a Bedtiller. In the Netherlands and Germany, we demonstrated the AgBot during events.
Demo with Groupe David – Connantre
The usage of the 6m Heliodor disc cultivator and deep cultivator “Cultiplow” were a success for the farmer in the department “La Marne”. The deep cultivator worked a 47ha field! The AgBot is suitable for surface soil preparation and deep soil cultivation, highlighting the different possibilities of its use!
Live from the fields – Poivres
Our AgBot 5.115T2 used a 3.5m Köckerling tine cultivator on a 28ha field, preparing the soil for planting. The large field was worked in one run without any interruption, brilliant performance! This area consists of fields between 20-50ha, which is the ideal situation for running the AgBot.
Preparing sandy land for carrots
The AgBot 5.115T2 prepares sandy land in the UK for carrots. The AgBot uses a Jones 6m Bedtiller, working at a depth of 150mm. It was able to complete the task in doing 5 acres per hour, running at 3.5 kph!
Ploegwedstrijd KPJ Posterholt
On August 18th, the annual plough competition was held in Posterholt, the Netherlands. Organized by the KPJ Posterholt, the competition attracted 50 competitors, all ploughing a piece of the field according to the established rules. The competitors ranged from modern tractors to oldtimers to even horses. During the event, we were invited to show our AgBot 5.115T2 for a demonstration.
Event Heinsberg
During an event in Heinsberg, organized by the CDU Fraktion Landwirtshaft and the Junglandwirte, we showed our AgBot 5.115T2 and our AgBot 2.055W4. They both worked the field using various Amazone implements.
Demo Bedburg
Our team gave a demonstration of the AgBot 5.115T2 at a vegetable and potato farm in Bedburg. The AgBot cultivated the field using a HORSCH Cruiser 5 XL.
