September was a busy month, not only in the fields, but also in the agricultural events industry. We’ve had the pleasure to be a part of several events in France, the UK and the Netherlands, but there were also events in Poland and Hungary. We’ve had the opportunity to give several demonstrations and speeches, as well as discuss autonomy with visitors.
Norla Messe
The start of events in September was kicked off on September 1st already with Norla Messe in Germany. This agricultural fair took place at the the Rendsburg Exhibition Center. From agricultural machinery to stables to our AgBots, there was a lot to see!
InnovAgri
The 29th edition of InnovAgri in Ondes, France was held in September. We were present with Groupe T3M and Sevra France at this large fair of agricultural machines with our AgBot 5.115T2 in the robotic village. Despite the strong rain on the first day of the event, we could demonstrate our AgBot with a 3m Alpego Cayman.
Potato Days UK
At Dyson Farming, in Nocton, Lincoln in the UK, the Potato Days UK are held. This is the event for everyone who is involved in the potato industry.
Asperge Innovatiedag
At the AspergeInnovatiedag, vegetable growers, particularly those focused on asparagus, were welcomed to Teboza in Helden to discover the latest advancements in agricultural technology. Our T2 AgBot performed a live demonstration alongside the Carbon Robotics Laserweeder, while other autonomous solutions for asparagus cultivation and harvesting were also on display. For many attendees, this was their first exposure to autonomous agricultural technology, and they were impressed by the AgBot’s capabilities. The event provided a great opportunity for growers to gain new insights into how these innovations can enhance soil sustainability and productivity in agriculture farming.
La Foire de Lessay
Have you ever been to an event that is a 1000 years old? The Foire de Lessay transforms the small city Lessay for three days into a giant open-air farm! Old and new technologies in agriculture were brought together, for example, threshing like people did in the past was demonstrated. We were present with our partner TecMat to show the AgBot 5.115T2.
AgroTechniek Holland
At the largest agricultural fair in the Netherlands, AgroTechniek Holland, we presented our AgBot W4 at the Autonomy Pavilion. Our dealer WeeversNieuwstad, with support from Nouws Mechanisatie, had their own stand at the fairground where they displayed the AgBot W4 and AgBot T2.
At the Autonomy Pavilion, a showcase of only solutions with proven, real-world implementations were on display, reinforcing the idea that these innovations are ready for immediate use. We discussed our AgBots with visitors and also scheduled a demo!
La Ferme du Futur
At the event ‘La Ferme du Futur’ in the department Landes, near Carcarès-Sainte-Croix, we presented our AgBot 5.115T22 together with Sevra France. Demonstrations were held of different innovations in agriculture, of which our AgBot demonstrated with a 3m tine cultivator.
SPACE
In Rennes, France, we were at SPACE together with our partner TecMat. SPACE is the world’s 2nd largest livestock show.
Event Hungary
On September 12th, an event was held in Hungary, demonstrating the AgBot T2, to a group of interested Hungarian farmers. A successful event with a selected group of people to be able to answer all questions coming up during the demonstration.
