What will you do at AgXeed?

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to strengthen and grow AgXeed’s position in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Canada, UK, and Australia via different channels.
  • Lead and develop an adaptive international team
  • Create a clear sales and marketing plan and bring the organisation along with you
  • Develop and execute results-oriented sales and marketing strategies for the long term
  • Able to define customer and dealer profiles
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments in specific international markets
  • Analyse sales data, adjust sales plans and drive sales pipeline
  • Build strong customer relationships and close profitable but interesting deals
  • Prioritise and communicate business opportunities
  • Create impactful marketing campaigns for farmers
  • Steer KPIs and optimise marketing ROI
  • Support national and international events (demos, trade shows)

What do we want you to bring with you?

  • A pragmatic and inspirational leader with a strong focus on results
  • A connection to the agricultural sector who understands the needs of end-users and market developments
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in international sales and marketing roles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
  • Able and very motivated to tell our story about soil compaction, autonomy, productivity and all related USPs
  • Knows how to bring structure and focus to the organisation
  • In-depth knowledge of international markets, rapidly changing conditions and need patterns
  • Knowledge about creating a strong brand
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Skills: Entrepreneurial and pioneering, team player, networker, result oriented, effective leadership, structuring and reporting
